Obviously the comparison is a bit cheeky, but if you take into account it's set in a Medieval world, and the appearance of classic Medieval knights, Shadow of Legend is similar to what you can find in The Pilars of the Earth in its game version. And you can download it for free!
However, in Shadow of Legend your role isn't to build cathedrals. You are more destructive, as is more usual, and you have to take up arms to confront various knights and monsters. First you choose your character (an archer, a knight, a wizard, a monk, etc). The scenes are in 2D and are really well done, full of detail.
But what makes Shadow of Legend interesting is its multiplayer mode, and there's even a version for mobile phones and PDAs. That makes the number of on-line players at any moment quite large. You can find players from around the world ready to challenge you.
